In the Dachstein West ski region, about 9 km away, there are over 150 km of ski slopes at your choice. The ski region is one of the most family-friendly and well-priced ski regions in Austria. Furthermore, you can try your skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing skills on the sunny Postalm Arena.

The Sonnleiten lifts in Abtenau, whose slopes lead directly into the village centre, are the perfect learn-to-ski slopes/practice slopes for children and adults who would like to learn how to ski or snowboard.

Fun is definitely guaranteed on the approx. 3 km long, floodlit and snow-covered sledging run. Experience bobsledding fun at its finest - by day and by night!
